[Poka-Yoke Example] Process Call and Poka-Yoke Integration System
It is possible to use an unlimited number of transmitters as long as they are within the range of the wireless signal.
We received a request for a "remote control transmitter" that can be used as a calling terminal for the "andon" system developed by Denko Corporation for automotive manufacturers, as well as a "receiver that can receive signals from the remote control and connect to LAN." Additionally, since our customer is already using a number of our wireless devices for poka-yoke in their automotive production process, they also requested the "standardization of receivers" for the andon system and the poka-yoke system, which we have successfully implemented. [Details] - To standardize the receivers, we aimed to unify the wireless communication protocols of our remote control transmitter RC series and the poka-yoke tool TW series, allowing signals from both the "process call remote control" and the "poka-yoke tool" to be processed by the same receiver. - The remote control transmitter has been custom developed to include types with large buttons, in addition to our standard 2-point, 4-point, 6-point, and 8-point models. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
